Red Velvet‘s Wendy surprised fans by announcing an upcoming international project with prominent Puerto Rican singer Ricky Martin.
Wendy will be collaborating with Ricky Martin a remake of his his digital single “VENTE PA`CA” (feat. Wendy of Red Velvet). The song will be released worldwide on the 27th, and will be available on all Korean music services, as well as iTunes and Spotify.
The song was previously released in Spanish on September 23rd featuring Colombian artist Maluma as vocal. The original “VENTE PA`CA” placed first on 18 different countries’ music charts and has recorded over 5.6 million streams since its release.
Along with her work as a member of Red Velvet, Wendy also recently released a music video for her rendition of Frank Sinatra‘s hit song “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas” through SM STATION on December 23rd. Watch the full music video for her cover of the holiday tune below:
