SM Entertainment Girl Group Reveals How They “Cheated” Against The Company’s Strict Diet Rules

Here’s how they ate whatever they wanted.

Hearts2Hearts members Stella and Carmen have amused fans after revealing how they cleverly got around SM Entertainment‘s trainee diet monitoring system.

During a recent appearance, the two shared that while they were trainees, they were required to send photos of every meal to the company’s training staff. To make sure trainees were sticking to their assigned diets, they had to submit pictures of what they were eating.

The meals typically consisted of foods like apples, boiled eggs, and sweet potatoes. Stella even dug up a photo from her trainee days.

Stella admitted that they eventually came up with a workaround to eat whatever they wanted without getting caught. Instead of taking a new photo every day, they would photograph the same healthy meal multiple times in one sitting. By changing the angle, lighting, and composition, they created several different-looking photos that they could later send to staff on different days.

“We’d change the angle and lighting, take several photos on the same day, and reuse them to get by.”

After sending the recycled photos, they would secretly eat something else instead. Their confession left everyone laughing. Fans found the story hilarious, while smartly pointing out that the staff probably knew, but let it go.

Do you really think they didn’t know? LOL.
