Girl Group Member’s Actor Husband Shocks Viewers With Terrifying Villain Role In Hit K-Drama
Viewers of SBS’s rising K-Drama Agent Kim Reactivated may have recognized a familiar face behind one of its most chilling characters.
Actor Lee Dong Ha has been drawing attention for his role in the series, in which he plays Director Nam, the chief secretary to Joo Hak Construction CEO Joo Kang Chan, played by Joo Sang Wook. While Director Nam may appear polished and controlled on the surface, recent episodes revealed just how frightening he can be.
In one scene, “Gold Tooth,” played by Jo Bok Rae, arrogantly shows up looking for Joo Kang Chan. Director Nam immediately shuts him down with an icy glare, making it clear that he is not someone to be taken lightly. The tension became even more disturbing as the series revealed Director Nam’s brutal past with Gold Tooth. In a previous incident, Director Nam had carried out a vicious act of torture against him for refusing to submit to Joo Kang Chan, pulling out all of his teeth.
The scene left a strong impression on viewers, showing Director Nam as more than just a secretary. Behind the formal suit and calm expression is someone capable of terrifying cruelty in the name of loyalty. But outside the series, Lee Dong Ha is also gaining attention for a very different reason. The actor is married to Girl’s Day member and actress Sojin!

Sojin has also been publicly cheering on her husband’s latest role. On June 27, the day after Agent Kim Reactivated premiered, she shared a photo of Lee Dong Ha’s appearance in the series on her Instagram Story. Her caption made fans smile, especially because of how dramatically different Lee Dong Ha’s on-screen persona is from the husband she was supporting.
