Super Junior‘s Siwon has continued to incite fan fury.
Last year, Siwon was involved in several controversies, the first sparked by his show of support following controversial right-wing figure Charlie Kirk’s death. After this, he was criticized over his social media activity, which included allegedly racist and Islamophobic posts, along with other behaviors.

On February 19, he posted a photo on Instagram of a Chinese idiom, believed to be a show of support for the recently sentenced former President of South Korea, Yoon Suk Yeol. Yoon was sentenced to life imprisonment for allegedly leading a rebellion in connection with the martial law incident, and was the leader of a far-right political party.
In response, many, including fans of the group, shared negative thoughts about his behavior.
