GOT7’s Jinyoung Revealed He Learned To Take Care Of Himself From Jackson
A few days ago, GOT7‘s Jackson, Jinyoung, and Yugyeom surprised fans with a late-night workout session that left everyone gasping for breath. While everyone was seriously struggling to calm their heart down after the workout live, fans are now melting over the story behind the workouts!
During GOT7’s appearance on BUILD, Jinyoung revealed that Jackson had been teaching him how to take care of his body and health.
Jackson taught me how to take care of myself.
Jinyoung mentioned that even on their busiest days they’ve been keeping fit and healthy together!
Even when we are too busy, we would still go to the gym and work out. I would take vitamins too. It’s the same schedule. Like, I would wake up early and do some stretching and just take care of myself.
After Jinyoung had revealed this, hearts everywhere were melting with many fans falling even further in love with their previous workout session video!
