He shared his intense diet and exercise regimen through TV program ON AND OFF, which showcased the lifestyle of various celebrities behind the scenes.

His diet tips include the following:

  • Always eat breakfast.
  • Maintain an empty stomach at least 3 hours before bed.
  • Keep drinking meetups to 3 or less a week.
  • Drink a glass of water with every glass of alcohol.
  • Eat a cup of fruits a day.
  • Take half-baths.
  • Always exercise.

In 2022, he saw the fruits of his labor. He shared an incredible update through his Instagram in January 2022 with the caption, “I haven’t experienced yoyo yet.”
