Oh My Girl’s outfits at the 2016 KBS Gayo Daechukjae for its eerie resemblance to what BLACKPINK’s Jennie already wore.
On December 29th, Oh My Girl graced the red carpet at the 2016 KBS Gayo Daechukjae, where all the members wore matching plaid, uniform outfits. Although the group and their stylist were normally praised for their unique outfits in the past, it appeared that their recent styling matched one that was worn by BLACKPINK member Jennie.
The main point of the discussion online was the bows that Oh My Girl used on their uniforms. Aside from the plaid skirts and black blazers, it was the fashion item that caught the most similarity to Jennie’s styling.
The bow was designed by luxury brand, Gucci, and was worn by Jennie through various appearances during their promotions. Her most notable appearance in this fashion was when she wore it at the Melon Music Awards last November.
