Current season of tvN’s comedy program “SNL Korea” comes to an end
tvN‘s late-night comedy and entertainment show Saturday Night Live Korea (SNL Korea) has announced the broadcast date for the final episode of its current season.
Currently in its 5th season, SNL Korea is a 19+ variety show, which will air its last episode on November 29th. But fans do not need to be too upset, as the show is only taking a short break and will be back with a new series in the first half of next year, 2015.
Although tvN has announced that Season 6 has been planned to be on its way, exact details for the filming of the new series has yet to be decided. The broadcast time slot has yet to be confirmed, but the crew has plans to resume broadcasting with a new format and with a new cast.
The cast for the current season of the show includes Shin Dong Yup, Yoo Byung Jae, Jung Sung Ho, Kim Min Kyo, Yoo Se Yoon, Ahn Young Mi, Jay Park, Jung Sang Hoon, Seo Yu Ri, Kwon Hyuk Soo, Narsha, Kim Doo Young, Kim Tae Hee, Han Jae Seok, Lee Se Young, and BTOB‘s Seo Eun Kwang.
Numerous guests were also invited to the show this year, including Park Sung Woong, DJ DOC, Jung Joon Young, Moon Hee Jun, Dynamic Duo, SECRET, Girl’s Day, Song Jae Rim, as well as the late Shin Hae Chul. g.o.d’s Joon Park also made a guest appearance last month, revealing on the show that he has a girlfriend.
