This Korean woman managed to flip her car during a driving exam in about three seconds flat. A rough translation of the dialogue between the driver and the instructor:

Instructor: Brake brake brake brake brake!

Woman: Oh my oh oh oh oh my god what do I do

Instructor: I told you to friggin’ brake why would you step on the accelarator. God this is gonna drive me crazy I can’t even get out.
