The Idol Group Leader Who Quit To Become A Pornstar Instead
Even after making an official debut, some idols decide that idol life is not for them. Whether they make a move into another part of the industry or completely retire, leaving fans wondering where they went.
One idol decided the “idol life” wasn’t for her, but that she was going to continue entertaining as an full blown AV (adult video) actress!
In 2019, Fujii Ringo announced that she would be quitting the idol group she was active in, ironically named Pussy3.
The five membered group were underground, meaning away from the stereotypical ideas of what an idol group was meant to be, which showed in their concept. The group leaned into a more sexual concept, with the members leaning into this to different degrees.
With her announcement, Fuji began her porn career in April 2019, with the title of her first work “My Girlfriend Has a Hyper-Sensitive, Highly Orgasmic Body: Lovemaking with a Former Idol Beauty Featuring Repeated Climaxes and Intimate Affection,” reflecting her former status as an idol.
However, this does not seem to have been her ultimate career choice either — in 2021, she announced on her X account that she would be retiring from the industry. Her X account was then wiped, and since then it appears she has not been active in any way.
Hopefully, whatever career she moved on to next, she was able to find something she enjoyed!
