Famous Indie Rock Band Vocalist Almost Debuted With Popular Idol Group

In the upcoming episode of MBC’s Radio Star, Jannabi’s Choi Jung Hoon appeared as a guest and captivated viewers’ hearts with his voice.

He introduced himself as a “shy spectator” and performed the title track of his new album.

It is said that both the cast and staff fell in love with his sweet tone and emotional melody as he sang while playing the guitar.

In terms of writing lyrics, he revealed that he writes them almost all alone. He also shared that he carries around writer Han Kang’s book with him for inspiration.

While discussing his career, he also mentioned that he used to be an idol trainee before forming the band Jannabi.

When I was 20, I was a trainee at FNC Entertainment for about a year and a half. I practiced with N.Flying, but I left because we had different musical tastes, and I couldn’t fit the team’s style.
