Kang Eun Bi debuted as an actress in 2005 and began her online streaming career in 2016 on Avatar TV. The following year, she opened a streaming account on AfreecaTV and has gone on to win streamer awards for her work. Some of her notable acting credits include Sexi Mong and My Too Perfect Sons.
On the August 13 episode of Pajama Sisters Party, a web series on the YouTube channel This is Really the Final, Kang talked about her 17-year relationship with her husband, which she had kept secret from the public, and how a reporter’s mix-up led to persistent false rumors about her dating her biological brother.
Former K-Drama Actress Addresses Incest Rumors With Her Younger Brother
Kang married interior designer Byun Jun Pil, her boyfriend of 17 years, in April this year. Soon after they tied the knot, rumors arose about Kang’s wedding guests.

“Because they needed to create a broadcast…They needed a dramatic storyline,” Kang said. “It was portrayed as if I had no friends.”

Though the picture of Kang’s “empty” wedding venue made it seem like she didn’t have friends, that couldn’t have been further from the truth. Kang actually had 320 people in attendance, and 270 of them stayed for the meal. “How did it become zero!” she exclaimed.

Another moment at the wedding was also misinterpreted: Kang checking her phone to see the amount of congratulatory money she had received. This was misinterpreted as Kang being anxious, and it turned her into a “pitiable” person.

Netizens expressed pity for her on a popular online forum post because they felt bad for the “friendless” star. “So what if I have zero friends?” she joked. “As long as I’ve shown my marriage was a success, that’s all that matters.”
