Stray Kids’ Bang Chan And Felix Are Such Close Friends That They’ve Even Picked Up Each Other’s Habits

Bang Chan didn’t even realize Felix was mimicking a habit of his!

Stray KidsBang Chan and Felix have a friendship that anyone would be envious of. The two became incredibly close because of their shared experiences of being born in Australia.

They have this subtle Australian vibe we don’t know.

And according to Seungmin, Bang Chan and Felix also understand each other so well because they have a shared sense of humor.

They have a similar sense of humor. It’s a bit different from us. They sometimes laugh a lot at things that we don’t find that funny. And for things we laugh at a lot, they don’t find it that funny.

And given how long the two close friends have known each other, it is no surprise that they’ve picked up on each other’s habits. Especially since, as Bang Chan describes it, they see each other like a real family.

How I view Felix is, or what I feel from Felix is… How do I put this? Ever since I was born maybe, I feel like we’ve just been connected.

Even when we’re together we don’t have to always be like, ‘Felix, lovey dovey’ to show love. I feel like this itself is just really… comfortable.

This actually feels like family. Like actual family. Like real brothers.

So Bang Chan asks Felix if he’s picked up any of his habits over the years since they’ve spent so much time together.

Do you have any habits that you’ve maybe got from me?

And after briefly thinking, Felix realizes that he does, in fact, have one.

Felix: Oh!

Bang Chan: You have one?

Felix: When we shoot pictorials and pose, I find myself doing this pose a lot.

And while Felix shares that it’s a pose he learned from Bang Chan, Bang Chan is actually surprised since he isn’t even aware that he makes that pose.

Bang Chan: Why? From me?

Felix: Yeah, in our early debut days… when you grab poses or stuff…

Bang Chan: I did?

Felix: Yeah, you did.

Bang Chan: Oh really? I didn’t know that.

Felix: But after seeing that, I keep touching my pinky without realizing. I keep grabbing it when I try to pose.

Bang Chan: That’s weird. Do I do that?

And even though Felix has also adapted this habit, he too doesn’t usually realize he’s doing it in the moment.

Now I do this gesture without realizing it.

But Felix isn’t the only one who subconsciously picked up a habit from his friend. Bang Chan also reveals that he also picked up one of Felix’s habits.

There’s a habit I’ve learned from you. Touching your ears.

-Bang Chan

While touching your ears is an absentminded gesture, Bang Chan shares that he never did it before he started mimicking Felix.

I didn’t do this before. I don’t think I ever did this but then, I don’t know, after just being with you…

But, ironically, Felix reveals that touching his ears wasn’t even something he used to do, in fact, he’d learned the habit from another member, I.N.

I got this habit from I.N. [I.N] does this too.

So Bang Chan jokes that it means he must have picked it up from I.N too.

Then I guess I got it from I.N.

Felix can’t help but think that the members’ unintentional influence over each other is cool.

It’s all connected. That’s cool.
