Is SM Entertainment preparing to debut the next “Girls’ Generation” girl group?

Fans are suspecting SM Entertainment may be gearing up to debut a new girl group soon after noticing movement from the agency in promoting their female rookies.

According to fans, the agency has been pushing their female rookies into the spotlight, gaining them fans in order to gather them a large fanbase, possibly to create the next “Girls’ Generation” girl group (in terms of popularity). In the past and even most recently, female trainees have been participating in SM’s SMTOWN family concerts.

Additionally, fans have suspected a newest addition to the group, the youngest daughter of singer Park Hak Gi, Park Jung Yeon, born in 1997. She has also been spotted in past music videos for SM Entertainment singers.
