UNIS’ Filipina-Line And 13-Year-Old Maknae Cover The Most Viral P-Pop Song In The Philippines
Universe Ticket girl group UNIS has just treated Filipino fans to the best surprise! On April 5, the group featured on YouTube channel 1theK Originals, where they showed off their versatility by covering popular songs from around the globe.
The cover that most excited Filipinos, however, was UNIS’ rendition of P-Pop girl group BINI‘s smash hit, “Pantropiko.”
It was especially meaningful because Elisia and Gehlee are from the Philippines. And despite being only 13 years old and not knowing the language, maknae Seowon sounded incredible as well!
After the video was released, fans expressed awe and joy to see their two worlds colliding.

They pointed out that Seowon cutely wore a top resembling BINI member Jhoanna‘s outfit, showing how well-planned the performance was.

BINI’s label Star Music responded to the cover, sending love and congratulating the girls on their debut. They even gave a special shoutout to fellow kababayans Elisia and Gehlee!
