AKMU’s Chanhyuk Had An Accident, And The Reactions From IU And His Sister Suhyun Couldn’t Have Been More Different

That’s the difference between friends and family!

K-Pop group AKMU recently made their comeback with the album Next Episode, which featured collaborations with huge names. One of those names is soloist IU and, to celebrate the release of the album, the duo appeared on the latest episode of IU’s Palette series.

During the video, the three artists spoke about their collaboration song “NAKKA” and the more up-tempo and joyful track despite the serious lyrics, which had them smiling while performing.

After the performance, IU explained how worried she felt about sounding so cheerful in a song that she explained felt more serious from the words. Yet, Chanhyuk explained that he was embarrassed because he wanted to ask IU to jump around as they sang the song because that was his feeling from the track.

Obviously, after hearing that, IU wanted to see what Chanhyuk meant, and he was happy to give a demonstration. Unfortunately, he might have got a bit too excited and had a small accident after landing the jump off the chair.

Yet, it was the reaction of IU and his sister Suhyun that caught the attention of fans. As soon as Chanhyuk fell, IU quickly made sure that he was okay and looked shocked and concerned after the bump.

On the other hand, Suhyun had the perfect sibling reaction, which started as a sigh before she burst into laughter at the sight of her brother falling.

Even after Chanhyuk got up, the two reactions other idols couldn’t have had more different reactions. While IU was trying to brush over the issue and act as nothing had happened, Suhyun still couldn’t stop laughing along with the rest of the staff. Yet, as siblings, fans didn’t expect anything less!

Luckily, Chanhyuk took it all well, and the trio could continue with their episode, but not only did it show how sweet IU is but also just how relatable as siblings AKMU are! You can watch the whole video below.
