BLACKPINK’s Lisa Shares The One Tip That All New Cat Parents Need To Know

Take it from the Cat Mama herself!

BLACKPINK‘s Lisa recently sat down for an interview with W Korea. After gushing nonstop about her five beloved cats, she was asked for any tips that new cat parents would benefit from knowing. As a cat mama herself, she was the perfect person to ask!

She revealed that when Leo, the first member of the pack, was just a kitten, she was able to spend quality time with him. This cemented their bond in the long-run.

When I first got Leo, I tried to be with him as much as I could when he was a baby.

Unfortunately, she was too busy to do the same when Luca came into her life. He was born in June 2018, and a month later, Lisa left to Japan for the group’s BLACKPINK Arena Tour 2018.

This led to him being less cuddly and more independent compared to the eldest cat. Lisa described him as being “the toughest,” a feline that’s “cool and chic like a prince.”

With my second cat, I was touring a lot at that time so we have some distance.

Thus, Lisa would like to tell all new cat owners that they should spend quality time with their furbabies especially when they’re young.

A tip would be, when you first have your baby cat, three to five months old, you should try to spend as much time [together] as possible.

Despite not having quality time with Luca while he was a kitten, Lisa is still undoubtedly close to him. He loves his mom and she loves him back!
