These 20 K-Pop Idols Did The “Jiggle Jiggle” TikTok Challenge, And We Can’t Tell Who’s More Obsessed: The Fans Or The Idols?

With the “Jiggle Jiggle” TikTok challenge going viral in the K-Pop world, we’re here to recap 20 of the K-Pop idols that joined in on this trend. Each of the idols added their personal flair and sense of humor to the dance, making for some fun renditions of the challenge.

Of course, no one is a bigger fan of this trend than the YG Entertainment Family.

1. BLACKPINK

BLACKPINK’s Rosé is the most followed Asian idol on TikTok with 26.8 million followers, and her dance with fellow members Lisa and Jennie boasts a whopping 135 million views. The little mistake at the end by Rosé makes the entire video more lovable, and Lisa’s reaction to it is hilarious.

2. SOMI

Since she’s under YG’s subsidiary, The Black Label, SOMI is still part of the YG family. The best part of this video is that she’s doing it with her manager, making it one of the cutest idol-staff interactions.

3. TREASURE

Though they posted the challenge on Twitter and not TikTok, TREASURE members Doyoung, Haruto, and So Junghwan didn’t fail to capture everyone’s attention with their cute attempts to keep a straight face.

4. Song (iKON)

Besides the cute mirror filter and introduction, iKON’s Song tagged the video with #dararichallenge, despite it having nothing to do with TREASURE’s hit song. Though we don’t know why he did so, one thing’s for sure: Song is a proud and supportive sunbae to TREASURE.

5. Hoony (WINNER)

Because the first thing in anyone’s mind when they go fishing is to film a TikTok. In some seriousness, WINNER’s Hoony doesn’t fail to show off his dance skills while providing peak entertainment to the viewers.

6. DK (iKON)

iKON’s DK just opened his TikTok account, and this collaboration with YGX dancers has us all dizzy for more dance snippets from the main dancer.

7. Lee Sung Kyung

While she isn’t an idol, superstar actress Lee Sung Kyung is signed under YG. The actress shows off her dance skills with this challenge, and the way she jams out at the end of the video is adorable.

Besides the YG family, many idols under different labels have shown their love for the trend. We’ll start with the ladies first!

8. Chaeryeong (ITZY)

ITZY’s Chaeryeong lets her sass shine through in this video despite keeping a poker face, and her beauty blinds at the end of the video when she briefly smiles.

9. TWICE

If the JYP family jumps in on this trend, I think everyone would be down. The switches in the facial expressions of TWICE’s Mina and Chaeyoung are on point, and the purposefully awkward grins as they go off-screen cause ONCEs to genuinely smile.

10. Kep1er

Kep1er’s Hikaru and Huening Bahiyyih add a little teleportation flair to the challenge, and while it cuts off abruptly, it’s probably because the girls can’t hold in their laughter any longer.

11. Girls’ Generation

Girls’ Generation’s Hyoyeon and Yuri are chic in matching outfits for this challenge. With a 2022 comeback confirmed for the group, everyone can’t wait for the new legendary performance that awaits.

12. Dreamcatcher

Dreamcatcher’s Yoohyeon and Dami exude swag and charisma with their “Jiggle Jiggle” challenge, although their fake conversation at the beginning of the audio makes it hard not to laugh.

13. fromis_9

fromis_9’s Jisun and Chaeyoung filmed countless TikToks together in those outfits, and every single one is adorable. Also, it seems like the HYBE fam is another family obsessed with this challenge (you’ll see later on).

14. EVERGLOW’s SIHYEON

Breaking off from the poker face trend, EVERGLOW’s SIHYEON fully expresses herself in this video, winning over fans with how she’s simultaneously pretty and cute.

Now, it’s time for the boys~

15. SEVENTEEN

SEVENTEEN’s Hoshi, Jeonghan, and Dino are vibing in this challenge, being effortlessly in sync as usual. Hoshi’s waddle to get into position at the beginning and the cute jamming at the end make this video a must-watch.

16. ATEEZ’s Hongjoong

ATEEZ’s leader Hongjoong lets out his dorky side in this challenge, and the random filters and zoom-ins add to the vibe.

17. ENHYPEN

As we can see, the HYBE family is also a huge fan of this trend, or really, of TikTok challenges in general. ENHYPEN’s Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, and Ni-ki are adorable in their sunglasses, and the fact that their clothing aesthetics are so opposite makes the video more endearing and funny.

18. CRAVITY

CRAVITY’s Taeyoung and Serim reveal the struggles everyone faces when filming TikToks, and the way Serim freezes before smiling makes this blooper as much fun to watch as the actual challenge.

19. BAE173

BAE173’s J-Min, Hangyul, and Youngseo show off their different charms in their “Jiggle Jiggle” challenge. Did you catch Youngseo’s blep or Hangyul’s eye roll? J-Min also couldn’t stop himself from smiling, and neither can we.

20. CIX

We finally have an entire group doing this challenge, and the sudden aggression in the second half of the dance makes fans wonder how none of the CIX boys broke into laughter.

Finally, an honorary mention: while they aren’t K-Pop idols, dance crew Hook joined in on this trend while smoothing walking through the streets.
