TWICE Gives ONCE Tips On How To Turn The Airport Into Their Own Fashion Runway
As K-Pop idols’ international schedules have increased with each generation of talented artists, K-Pop idols have caught netizens’ attention with their iconic “airport fashion.”
Airports transformed from a place where idols simply caught their next flight to a runway where idols could model the designer labels they were ambarradors for, have fun with matching outfits, or showcase their unique fashion styles that they may not otherwise be able to show with their stage outfits.
Now, airport fashion is an expected and exciting part of idols’ airport schedules and has influenced globetrotting K-Pop fans to show off their best looks ahead of their own flights.
Recently, TWICE stopped by BuzzFeed Celeb and spilled their airport fashion tips, including a secret from Chaeyoung.
TWICE’s Nayeon shared that the key to airport fashion is wearing something comfortable since many of the flights are long.
For herself, she usually chooses comfortable bottoms and an edgy top to stand out while wearing something that works for a long flight.
Chaeyoung revealed her secret to looking fashionable at the airport without sacrificing comfort and shared her hilarious cheat code.
She said she secretly packs comfortable clothes and changes in the bathroom after the group is photographed.
While that may not be the most conventional method for fans to replicate on their next trip to the airport, you never know when Chaeyoung’s tip may come in handy!
