Late Soloist Wheesung’s Funeral Cancelled By Agency
Soloist Wheesung will not have a funeral service, as his family has decided to proceed with a private cremation instead. He was found dead in his home on March 10.

According to reports on March 11, the bereaved family has opted not to set up a memorial for the late singer. Meanwhile, his autopsy will take place on the morning of March 12 to determine the exact cause of death.

Earlier in the day, Tajo Entertainment (Wheesung’s agency) released a statement addressing the funeral arrangements. The company explained that the family is still in deep shock and unable to carry out traditional funeral procedures at this time.
They added that arrangements would be made once the family is emotionally prepared. However, the decision was later made to forgo the public service entirely.
Due to the immense shock experienced by the bereaved family, they are unable to proceed with the funeral at this time. The necessary procedures will be carried out once the family is emotionally ready.

On March 10, Wheesung was discovered unconscious in his apartment in Seoul at around 6:29 PM. Several emergency responders arrived at the scene after receiving a report from his family. Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding his passing.
