An Actor And Idol-Turned-Actress Couple Has Reportedly Broken Up

A celebrity couple is reportedly going their separate ways. The news comes after two and a half years of dating.

Hashimoto Kanna is a Japanese idol-turned-actress and a former member of the girl group Rev. from DVL. She starred in the 2025 film Re/Member: The Last Night.

Nakagawa Taishi started out as a child actor. One of his best-known roles to date is Tenma Hase in Season 2 of Hana Yori Dango. In 2022, he and Hashimoto became the subject of dating rumors after Hashimoto was spotted leaving his apartment.

Two years later, the pair was photographed together for the first time since the rumors began. According to a report by the Japanese outlet Shukan Bunshun, the two had gone on a trip together.

Now, according to a report by Japanese magazine Josei Jishin, the couple has ended their relationship after dating for two and a half years. Hashimoto reportedly turned down Nakagawa’s marriage proposal in 2023, and the two began to drift apart towards the end of 2024.

Hashimoto and Nakagawa’s agencies have not responded to the reports.
