It had one of the lowest ratings for a tvN show in 5 years.

The show follows employees at a life insurance company as they attempt to create a groundbreaking divorce insurance product. It has a star-studded cast with Lee Dong Wook, Lee Da Hee, Lee Kwang Soo, and WJSN member EXY, along with other huge and recognizable names.

Even when the highlights were posted ahead of the start of the series…

There was a lot of anticipation for the show.

Yet, it seems like despite the star-studded cast, the show has sparked surprise with Korean media outlets recording record-low ratings.

On April 30, it was reported that the series had seen a drastic decline in viewership from the premiere on March 31. The show started with 3.2% nationwide rating for episode one, but it started to drop, with episode two being 2.5%, episode three being 2.0% (ep. 3), episode four being 1.4% (ep. 4), which then continued between 1.3–1.0%. Although there was a slight increase for episode nine, with 1.4%, it dropped back to 1.0% in episode ten. It meant it had one of the lowest ratings for a tvN show shown on Monday-Tuesday in the past five years.

Reasons for the low ratings included the way they treated a serious topic like divorce, reducing it to a commodity like insurance, the confusion of what genre it is, and the pace compared to other K-Dramas on the same topic.
