Recent evidence suggests that another member of JYP Entertainment’s girl group, VCHA, wished to leave the group.

In December 2024, KG announced her departure from the group and plans for a lawsuit against JYP Entertainment for its treatment of her while working as a member.
On April 30, the former idol shared her evidence submission, which included over 30 pieces of evidence. She detailed the company’s refusal to allow her to recover from injuries and provided photo evidence.

In the document, she also shared text logs from May 2024 between her and another member in which KG shared her desire to leave the group. The unnamed member mirrored these thoughts, saying that she was also ready to leave and expressed deep emotions regarding their time thus far as VCHA members.

The following day, when KG expresses fears that she “ruined the group,” the other member reassures her, saying that all of the members wanted to leave. She also says that none of them are happy, and that the only reason they continued this far is due to wanting to support each other.

Ultimately, the unnamed member shares her believe that KG “did the right thing” and gave the other courage to stand up for themselves.

Thus far, KG is the only member of the group to have departed. JYP Entertainment has also reported that VCHA will be making a comeback back in March, to vastly mixed reactions from netizens.
