Kim Soo Hyun’s Agency Calls Garo Sero’s Claims To Be “Complete Lies”

Most recently, actor Kim Soo Hyun has filed an additional complaint against Garo Sero Research Institute’s Kim Se Ui and the late Kim Sae Ron’s bereaved family.
Previously, Garo Sero held a press conference, making alleged false claims that Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Sae Ron had sexual relations when she was a middle school student.

They also claimed that Kim Soo Hyun’s legal representative visited the informant’s residence, which Kim Soo Hyun’s side determined to be false. His agency stated, “Kim Se Ui’s claims are a serious crime based on fabricated data.”

Statement on additional lawsuit and accusations against Garo Sero Research Institute

GOLD MEDALIST and Kim Soo Hyun have filed additional charges against Kim Se Ui for violating the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and the Stalking Crime Act, and they have also filed additional charges against the late Kim Sae Ron’s bereaved family for violating the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Kim Se Ui has spread absurd false information at the press conference on May 7 stating, “Actor Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Sae Ron dated since she was in middle school and had sexual relations for the first time during winter break of middle school and there is a recording file to support this,” and “Kim Soo Hyun tried to persuade the informant to hand over the recordings for ₩4.00 billion KRW (about $2.85 million USD), but when they refused, they sent to killers to attempt to kill him.”

Looking at Kim Se Ui’s statements, he revealed, “On Friday night, five days before the crime, a Korean and Chinese killer entered the country through JFK airport,” “The FBI is investigating this case and not the state police where the incident occurred,” “The informant was stabbed nine times int he neck on his way to work,” “The Korean killer is Lee Han Gu, born in 1992 and from Jeollanam-do, and the other is a Chinese national of Korean descent,” “The killer was arrested by the FBI and they confirmed there were call records with lee Jin Ho on his phone before the crime,” “This is clearly a murder case.” This argument is difficult to accept even from a normal person’s perspective.

Regarding the prosecution agent, Kim Se Ui spread false information that is total nonsense. He stated, “Lawyers from the LKB came to the informant’s house asking where he was,” “the tenant couple living at the informant’s house felt threatened by the lawyers and a Joseon-jok man who was with them”, “the representative lawyer also called the informant to try and persuade him, and the FBI has obtained the recording.”

The above statements made by Kim Se Ui are all lies without an inch of truth. He has indiscriminately spread false information about Kim Soo Hyun based on forged files and photos from the internet. This serious crime cannot be compared to the crimes he has committed so far. With this, GOLD MEDALIST and Kim Soo Hyun have filed additional charges against them and will do our best until they are punished according to the law.
