Months-Old Clues Of Hyeri’s Alleged Relationship With “Street Man Fighter” Dancer Everyone Missed
On July 1, it was reported that idol-turned-actress Hyeri has been dating dancer Wootae for over a year. They first met through the movie Victory, released last year. She performed various dances in the movie, and Wootae was the choreographer.
Wootae is also known for his appearance on Street Man Fighter.
Hyeri’s company has issued a vague statement, leaving many under the impression that they are indeed in a relationship.

Some have pointed out some clues of the relationship many have missed over the last few months.
Due to their professional relationship, Wootae was previously tagged on social media by Hyeri back in February 2023.
It is some untagged uploads that have now captured attention, starting with some images shared in January 2025.
Following the completion of filming of Friendly Rivalry, Hyeri took a trip to the Philippines with some of the drama’s staff as a vacation and for a photoshoot. The destination, Amanpulo, is a luxury resort Island, and her time was documented in a video published on YouTube.
The star shared a post tagging the resort, along with several images of the scenery.

Amongst the photos, some have pointed out that they match now-deleted images shared by Wootae, a few days later. One image shows Wootae standing amid a starry background, matching a photo included in Hyeri’s post.
Another image deleted by Wootae shows him standing in the ocean near sunset, with a island formation matching one found in Hyeri’s post.
While it is unclear if the pair vacationed together, these images certainly add to the belief they are in a relationship.
