K-Netizens Blame aespa’s Karina For Her Downfall

It seems that aespa Karina’s recent political controversy has inevitably left a massive hit to her image.

According to the June individual brand ranking index, Karina ranked 43. She was also ranked at 26 for the girl group brand ranking index.

This was a huge drop for Karina, who usually ranked within the top 10 in the idol individual brand reputation index. In February, she ranked fourth, and in April, she ranked seventh.

As Karina’s rankings dropped, the girl group’s reputation index for aespa, which has always been in the top five, has fallen to 14th place.

Many believe the decline is due to the political controversy regarding the recent Presidential election.
