Female Idol Comes Out As Gay In Surprising Update Before Leaving Her Group
CGM48‘s Latin (Pimnara Rumruaymunkong) has come out as gay following a fan’s question.
In a story update on Instagram, the idol confirms that she is gay, calling herself “100% #wuhluhwuh (WLW)” While WLW (short for women loving women) can be applied to any woman who is attracted to women, including bisexual and pansexual women, Latin seems to imply she is lesbian.

Latin: 100% #wuhluhwuh
Latin: I’m gay gurrrrrrrl
Ironically, in a now-deleted TikTok from November 2024, Latin used a filter called “Do I look like a Lesbian?” and got an answer that said she did, “100000%.”
CGM48 (short for Chiang Mai 48) is an international sister group to AKB48 that began operations in 2019. Latin joined as a trainee in 2019 and recently announced that she would be graduating from the group, with her final activities set for August 2025.
