The police have made an update regarding Min Hee Jin as the battle continues between HYBE and ADOR.

The police investigation on Min Hee Jin, which has been conducted for over a year after HYBE accused her of breach of trust in April 2024, did not recognize any illegal action. A decision was made not to prosecute her for both cases filed by HYBE, confirming her as not guilty.
Previously, Min Hee Jin appeared at the police station and was questioned for eight hours. She told reporters, “I will tell the truth,” and “How does dereliction of duty even make sense?”
In 2024, HYBE began an audit of Min Hee Jin and ADOR, who attempted to seize management rights. HYBE then filed a complaint, accusing her of dereliction of duty. Min denied the allegations, saying, “Given the share structure, it’s impossible to seize management rights.”
Meanwhile, HYBE recently claimed that Min Hee Jin had orchestrated the initial email protest sent by the parents of the NJZ (NewJeans) members.
