On July 18, Namoo Actors announced that idol-turned-actress Lee Naeun was officially cast in the upcoming ENA K-Drama, Eye Shopping.
This drama is an action thriller that reveals the desperate survival and revenge of children who barely survive the brink of death after being adopted by their adoptive parents.
Lee Naeun plays Somi, one of the abandoned children, who lives with a strong energy despite her painful past.
This garnered much attention as she has mainly played roles focused on youth stories.
Previously, Lee Naeun was embroiled in bullying allegations by former APRIL member Lee Hyunjoo in 2020.
With this, Lee Naeun posted a statement online denying the allegations made against her.
