The comments seemed quite malicious about the idol, sharing issues with his appearance and how it would impact them using HERA.

  • Oh, HERA, I’m not going to use you from now on, bye.”

  • Are you crazy? Changing the HERA model???? And to a male idol?? Honestly, I don’t even know who he is. I liked Jennie, so I watched the HERA CFs and bought a lot of products, but what kind of nonsense is this?”
  • “Hmm, honestly, when they put a male model for color cosmetics, it makes me not want to buy it…”
  • Is he under 170 cm tall?”

Yet, many netizens who accused the hate comments of being from BLACKPINK fans seemingly tried to counter the hate by sharing photos of Jennie in the hope of making her look bad.
