The idol has been sparking controversy since before he even debuted, continuing to be hit with backlash. While Tarzzan has been at the center of constant criticism from international fans, Korean netizens have also hit back at his behavior.

A photo was shared online of Tarzzan, Park Seo Joon, and some other attendees, where the idol has his middle finger stuck up for the camera.
Netizens hit back at the idol’s behavior and how inappropriate it seemed in the setting and that it just didn’t look cool but actually immature.
- When it comes to the pose, I mean… I get it’s hip-hop and maybe it’s fine if he’s with people who fit that vibe. But Park Seo Joon isn’t acting like that, right? So, for a rookie to be doing that…
