One contestant has stood out among the other contestants, surprising many with his participation at this point in his career.

In 2016, Cube Entertainment debuted the boy group PENTAGON. The group has seen decent popularity and won a variety of awards, but many fans have called out the agency for mishandling them, especially following member DAWN‘s departure.

The group is currently on hiatus after most members departed from Cube Entertainment, with each member making moves in their solo careers.

This includes member Wooseok, who has since released a solo single album and, most recently, formed a band called KIK in July 2025.

Wooseok was among the fifty contestants announced for STEAL HEART CLUB, with his position being shared as “vocal.”

Of the show’s contestants, his post appears to have the most engagement, including quotes from netizens. Many expressed surprise over the idol joining a survival show nearly a decade into his career, while others expressed sadness over the management of PENTAGON throughout the years, considering the number of times members have appeared on survival shows.
