In particular, member Keonho was seen wearing his habok top, but his underwear was visible as his pants sagged down.
Recently, a fan asked Tarzzan if he would ever use the “sag” trend with a hanbok, and his reply was accused of criticizing Keonho’s look.
Fan: “I suddenly got curious about what it’d be like if Tarzzan wore a sagged hanbok.”
Tarzzan: “Hey, there’s a time and place for that — even I wouldn’t sag a hanbok~ There are pants that look cool sagged, and some that don’t.”
Netizens hit back at the idol for seemingly criticizing Keonho, especially as they claimed he is alluding to respecting Korean tradition with the hanbok, but doesn’t have it whenit comes to his own cultural appropriation.
