NJZ (NewJeans) Spark Huge Speculations Of Returning To ADOR

The group has yet to appeal the court’s recent verdict.

In late October, the court ruled in favor of ADOR during the legal dispute between NJZ and the agency over their exclusive contract. Having lost yet another battle, the group’s legal representatives declared that they would immediately file an appeal.

However, it has now been over two weeks since the verdict… and no appeal has come despite stating that they would do it “immediately.”  In fact, the group has only until November 13 (KST) to submit it.

With just one day left, speculations about what’s going on internally have exploded. One of the most popular theories seems to be that the group may very well go back to activities under ADOR.

Some feel as though there is disagreement between the members on what the next step should be.

Others claim NJZ’s legal team is simply waiting until the very last minute.

In a previous statement earlier this year, NJZ’s legal representatives stated that returning to ADOR is not impossible and that “the members  would be willing to go back if ADOR can be returned to how it was before the audit in April 2024.”

While many fans out there are simply waiting for NJZ to come back to the industry and release music again, some are vehemently against them promoting under HYBE again.

Regardless of the reason behind NJZ’s prolonged silence, fans continue to grow anxious as the final day of the deadline approaches.
