On the 3rd, Park Na Rae’s former managers filed a provisional seizure on real estate at the Seoul Western District Court and indicated plans to sue for damages worth approximately ₩100 million KRW (about $67,900 USD). They alleged not only unfair treatment but also specific and serious criminal accusations such as workplace bullying, special injury, proxy prescription, and non-payment of progress fees. They also claimed to have been forced to attend drinking gatherings, run errands for side dishes, clean up after parties outside of work hours, and even perform domestic helper duties for the family.

In response, Park Na Rae stated, “After receiving their severance pay, the former managers further demanded an amount equivalent to 10% of the company’s previous year’s sales,” and added, “The demanded amount gradually increased to several hundreds of millions of won. Allegations raised by some media outlets will be clearly clarified through forthcoming legal procedures. Our company will faithfully disclose the facts and take necessary measures.

Regarding the controversy over the unregistered operation of a one-person agency, they explained, “We only recently confirmed that the registration of the pop culture and arts planning business was delayed. The former employees who raised the issue were in charge of this task and are believed to have falsely reported that all registration procedures had been completed.

On the evening of the 5th, allegations of embezzlement against Park Na Rae also surfaced. According to a media report, Park Na Rae’s former managers filed a complaint with the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul, accusing her of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (embezzlement). The complaint stated that Park Na Rae, as the de facto representative of her one-person agency En Park, repeatedly embezzled company funds by arbitrarily using them for private purposes unrelated to business and leaking them externally over an extended period.
