Popular Idol’s Emotional Behavior After Military Discharge Goes Viral
NCT’s Taeyong has finally completed his military enlistment and is now back from the Navy!
Taeyong was officially discharged on December 14, after having been enlisted in the Navy since April 14, 2024. The idol served as a cultural promotion soldier in the Navy Band and Honor Guard.
Taeyong is now the first member of NCT that has completed his mandatory military service.

To celebrate the idol’s discharge, SM Entertainment shared an emotional video of Taeyong greeting his parents.
In the clip, Taeyong received a bouquet of red flowers from his mother. He then bows to them fully, and delivers a touching official greeting.
The video has since been making the rounds on social media, having evoked strong emotions not only in his parents but also his fans, who have been diligently waiting for Taeyong’s return.
