Netizens have compared it to the average cost of an entire wedding.

According to recent data from the Korea Consumer Agency, the average cost of wedding services nationwide now stands at just over ₩20.0 million KRW (about $13,500 USD). This figure reflects combined expenses such as the venue and the commonly bundled studio, dress, and makeup services. While the overall average has dipped slightly compared to late summer, costs remain high in many regions, with some areas still seeing increases depending on timing and location.
