On the 24th, actor Jeon Ho Jun posted, “For the past seven months, I have had to endure serious misunderstandings and stigmatization based on claims that were not true. I painfully experienced how a person’s everyday life can collapse in an instant. During that time, I faithfully underwent legal procedures to uncover the truth, and today I have confirmed the results.

It turns out Jeon Ho Jun was not the perpetrator, but rather the victim in the case. He stated, “The investigation concluded that I was not the perpetrator but the victim of assault. The prosecution issued a ‘non-prosecution decision’ regarding the assault charges filed against me. At the time, I was struck on the head with a cellphone, and it was confirmed through the investigation that I only took minimal defensive actions to protect myself.

He added, “On the other hand, the other party has been prosecuted on charges including defamation through spreading false facts, special injury, and trespassing. Through this experience, I have deeply realized how easily a person’s character and life can be damaged when distorted or exaggerated stories spread. Throughout the investigation, it was clearly confirmed that many of the provocative claims circulating about me were also false.

Fortunately, Jeon Ho Jun had support during the process. To those individuals, he said, “Despite everything, I was able to endure this time thanks to my family and friends who believed in me, as well as those who quietly supported me. I sincerely thank them.

Going forward, he stated, “I intend to calmly live my life as an individual, without further controversy or emotional reactions. Now that the facts have been clarified, I hope this matter will be concluded here.
