BTS’s Jimin Abruptly Deletes All Posts On His Instagram Account
In a major shock, BTS’s Jimin has deleted all of his posts on Instagram — and the star explained why in a new message to fans.

When enthusiastic ARMYs checked Jimin’s profile on Christmas Eve, they were surprised to discover that the account — which previously featured everything from selfies to behind-the-scenes pics to photos with the BTS members — had been completely wiped.

Jimin first opened his personal Instagram account in December 2021 alongside his fellow members, and before the profile went blank, he had over 100 posts live. Initially, many fans were alarmed to see all of his posts deleted, questioning what could have prompted the sudden action.

Fortunately, Jimin didn’t leave fans wondering for long. In a post on Weverse, Jimin explained that he had finally logged into Instagram after changing his password a whopping eight times. He went on to tell ARMYs that he’d then decided to start fresh by deleting all his original posts.

I finally opened Instagram ㅜㅜ 😭
I changed the password 8 times.
Anyway, I wanted to try starting fresh from the beginning, so I deleted everything ㅎㅎ
ARMY, are you having a good Christmas?
Eat lots of good food and have a happy Christmas. 🥰
Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 ❤️ ♥️ 💕

While some fans are already missing his iconic past posts, their disappointment hasn’t lasted long. Shortly after refreshing his account, Jimin treated ARMYs to more than 20 new photos spread across three posts, including a sweet snapshot with Jungkook…

… cute Polaroids…

… and more. Within just one hour of uploading, all three posts have already surpassed 1 million likes, proving the unexpected move hasn’t had an impact on Jimin’s social media popularity.
