For many of this season’s cast members, Single’s Inferno 5 isn’t their entertainment industry debut. Several have appeared on variety shows, modelled, or hosted events as emcees. These cast members have also made their K-Drama acting debuts:
1. Jo I Geon
As one of the mid-season “game changers,” Jo is new to Single’s Inferno 5 viewers, but he might be the best-known actor in the cast. Jo signed with Big Boss Entertainment in 2024, and since then, he has acted in two K-Dramas.
Jo played the supporting role of Yun Ji O (Lee Seo Yeon’s husband) in Netflix’s 2024 K-Drama The Trunk, where he had some very steamy scenes. He also played the supporting role of Cho Seong Il in the 2025 K-Drama Someday of Me.
2. Choi Mina Sue
Choi appeared in three K-Dramas: Law and the City, Melo Movie, and DNA Lover.
In Episode 1 of Law and the City, Choi plays a woman named Lee Jeong Min who goes on a date with the male lead, Ahn Ju Hyeong, played by Lee Jong Suk. Unfortunately, that onscreen romance didn’t work out too well!

3. Woo Sung Min
Woo currently works as an optician at his family’s business, but he acted in several K-Dramas between 2015 and 2018 under the name Woo Ki Hoon.
He appears in Your Heart, Second 20s, The Missing, Solomon’s Perjury, KBS Drama Special:
“So Close, Yet So Far”, Cross, The Ghost Detective Pil-seung, and Twelve Nights.
