Previously, a media outlet reported that Kim Seon Ho was operating a one-person corporation separate from his agency, leading to allegations that it was a paper company. They also reported that he had evaded taxes through this corporation.

Hello, this is Fangagio, Kim Seon Ho’s agency. We would like to share additional facts and our position regarding Kim Seon Ho’s one-person corporation.

• Establishment and operation of a corporation: Kim Seon Ho established a corporation in January 2024 for his acting career and theatrical productions.

From the corporation’s establishment in January 2024 until the start of his new contract with Fantagio in February 2025, he received payments through his corporation for his activities.

• Cessation of Corporate Operations

Kim Seon Ho recognized that the one-person corporation could be misleading, so he ceased operations. For over a year, he has not engaged in any activities through the corporation.

• Contract with Fantagio

Fantagio and Kim Seon Ho have been paying the actor directly since the signing of their exclusive contract in February 2025. We would like to make it clear that Fantagio has no relationship with the previously mentioned corporation regarding the contract process or activities between Fantagio and Kim Seon Ho.

• Corporate Closure Procedures.

As a preemptive measure to rectify the mismanagement of his corporation at the time, he has returned all past corporate card records, family salaries, and corporate vehicles. For the amounts previously settled through the corporation, he has completed payment of additional individual income tax in addition to the previously paid corporate tax.
