Tablo, member of the group Epik High, has sparked attention for his daughter Haru.
Recently, a new video titled Epik High returns to the pork cutlet spot that fed their 20s was released on the YouTube channel “Epik High.”
On that day, Tablo praised Tukutz, saying, “That was cool. You’ve got a sick pose to you,” then asked, “Don’t people say ‘pose’ anymore?” Tukutz replied, “That’s an expression people in their 40s use. Wasn’t it used around 2010?” Tablo reminisced, “By the time BIGBANG debuted, people stopped saying ‘pose,’ right?”
Tukutz laughed and said, “Before that, there was ‘da bomb,’” to which Tablo responded, “People don’t use ‘swag’ anymore in English.” Tukutz then asked, “Now don’t people say ‘lit’?” When the staff murmured, Tablo said, “I’ll ask Haru. These things change almost every one or two weeks for them.”
At that moment, Haru, who took the phone, surprised netizens with her fluent English pronunciation. When Tablo asked, “How do you say “awesome” or “cool” these days?” Haru naturally replied in English, “Something like ‘That’s awesome.’ We don’t use “swag” anymore.”
When Tablo said, “Tukutz asked if people still use ‘lit’,” Haru said, “I guess sometimes, but I’m not like, ‘Oh! That’s lit.’ I don’t say that.” However, she mentioned it’s not wack to use ‘lit.’ Haru added, “These days, no single word is really trending on its own. ‘That’s awesome’ and ‘great’ are the most commonly used.”
