On May 9, 2025, it was announced that BABYMONSTER‘s Rami  would go on hiatus to focus on her health.

Since then, fans have waited for updates on her return, with few updates. The group’s activities have, at times, left fans wondering what the group’s future holds as clips of Rami have been blurred or omitted from content.

BABYMONSTER’s YouTube Content Leaves Fans Concerned About The Group’s Future

Now, a recent update from YG Entertainment has only left more questions about her future.

On February 8, YG Entertainment posted about upcoming auditions for a new boy group.

The video promoting the content includes clips of YG Entertainment’s idols, past and present. In clips of BABYMONSTER, the group’s current OT6 line-up excluding Rami was shown, while the shot of different trainee evaluations included her.

As a result, some have called into question what YG Entertainment plans to do with Rami and BABYMONSTER’s future.
