Min Hee Jin To Personally Address Future Plans Following Lawsuit Win
On February 24, OOAK Records CEO Min Hee Jin announced she would hold her fourth press conference on February 25 in Seoul.

The company stated, “Min Hee Jin will personally address the outcome of the first trial and future plans.”
Previously, the court dismissed a lawsuit filed by HYBE against former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin, seeking to confirm the termination of the shareholder agreement. They also upheld a lawsuit filed by Min and three others against HYBE seeking compensation for the stock purchase price resulting from the exercise of a put option, ordering HYBE to pay Min ₩25.5 billion KRW (about $17.7 million USD).
In November 2024, Min notified HYBE of her intention to exercise the put option on ADOR’s shares. However, HYBE argued that the put option was invalid because it had already notified HYBE of its termination of the shareholder agreement that underpinned the put option. Min claimed it was unfair, leading to a fierce legal battle between the two sides.
However, news of another press conference garnered a mixed response from netizens.

- “Looks like she’s coming out to talk about her new boy group.”
- “I guess she’s holding it to promote her group while calling out. HYBE LOL.”
- “Can’t they just figure it out themselves? I’m tired of this.”
- “Is this going to be another dopamine hit press conference?”
- “This is going to be fun. It’s going to be more fun if she appears at the press con.”
- “How many times is she holding a press conference?”
- “Please do not mention any other idols.”
