Fans are expressing concern for TWICE after a video of Sana gained attention.

TWICE are currently on their This Is For world tour, which consists of 78 concerts around the world. The tour is set to continue through June 2026, ending in London nearly a year after beginning in Seoul.

The group recently completed the Philadelphia date of their tour, during which Sana concerned fans with her condition on stage. In a video shared after the show, Sana looks down, swaying a bit and breathing heavily.

Another part of the video shows her closing her eyes as she seems to try to control her breathing.

While being tired during a show would not necessarily alarm fans, a combination of concerns has made some speak up.

Several members — Jeongyeon, Dahyun, and Chaeyoung — have already missed concerts of the tour due to health issues, with Mina sitting out of the Philadelphia show due to “poor health condition.”

The tour does not follow a traditional schedule, with the group bouncing between continents and sometimes performing several days in a row with only brief breaks.

Due to these issues, fans have shown concern for Sana and the other members, sharing the belief that true rest is needed to avoid anymore health-related problems.
