Popular Idol Group Fiercely Bashed For Inappropriate Use Of AI
On March 4, TXT celebrated their 7th debut anniversary with fans. In a video released on their official YouTube channel, the members chatted with people they believed were other junior idols in the industry.
However, right from the get-go, Taehyun felt something was off.

Throughout the chat, the member kept guessing who they were chatting with.
After time was up, the members were able to find out who they were talking to.
The person you have been chatting with so far is a conversational AI that has learned from your records up to one year after your debut.
Although interesting, fans felt there was no need to use AI to celebrate such a special day.
