On March 6, BLACKPINK’s Jennie headed to Paris for Paris Fashion Week, likely to attend Chanel’s event. The idol looked gorgeous at the airport, wearing a comfy look as she was met by reporters.

A video of the idol recently went viral, in it, she was show signing for fans. The idol’s behavior in the video appeared to show some hesitance and reluctance, leading to accusations of “having an attitude” and being rude.

While she received criticism for this video, it only showed part of the situation.

Usually, when idols are out and about during Fashion Week events, they visit their brand headquarters, where they are met by both fans and paparazzi. This is usually anticipated, and idols will interact with fans outside of the store.  Jennie made a visit like this on March 8, as seen in the videos below.

However, after Jennie made the visit, it appears that she was followed to a different destination, where she was filmed. The individual appeared to ask Jennie for a signature as she and her staff both asked the person to stop filming.

The idol then proceeds to sign, though the person, believed to be paparazzi continues to film which was shown in the previous video.

Netizens reacted strongly to video, angry over how Jennie was followed and treated by the paparazzi, even after she politely asked for them to stop.
