“Disgusting” Police Report Claims 60 People Engaged In Group Sex In “Adult-Only” Bar

Police are investigating a report that claimed 50 to 60 people engaged in group sex at a bar in Suwon.

The bar, which sells adult-only cosplay items, had just opened that day. The gathering was described as a “watch party” with people coming from across the Seoul metropolitan area.

Police responded to the report and detained the owner and one staff member on suspicion of violating the Act on the Regulation of Amusement Businesses Affecting Public Morals. According to authorities, everyone except the staff was clothed, so group sex could not be officially confirmed. No drugs were found at the scene.

The employee in revealing clothing reportedly said their outfit was chosen based on personal preference and not related to their work.

The incident has gone viral among Korean netizens, who have reacted strongly to the report. Many have slammed it as “disgusting” and branded the bar as a “shady business.”
