NCT Wish’s Comeback Slammed For Plagiarizing RIIZE
NCT Wish‘s creative director is currently getting hit with a wave of criticism after fans claimed that their latest comeback was based off RIIZE‘s Odyssey.
Fans compared the two. Similarities spanned from silhouettes against a setting sun, the members positioned on rooftops, similar outfits and more.

Fans are duly upset, calling out the creative director. Things took a turn when netizens realized that the director previously worked with RIIZE. He essentially plagiarized himself, with different groups.
sangmin copied the entire odyssey concept (riize’s first full album which holds a really sentimental meaning for both RIIZE and BRIIZE) and gave it ALL to another group that he’s now part of the team for? im sorry but that’s actually serious and upsetting !!!!!?!? pic.twitter.com/jnDnXkmHk9

Odyssey was an especially meaningful comeback for fans, sparking anger.

On the other hand, NCT Wish fans have stepped up to clarify that this was only the B-side for the group. The main concept was much more into NCT Wish’s trademark dreamy vibe.

Still, BRIIZE wish that the director had not attempted to recycle his own ideas.
sangmin giving them recycled concepts lmaooo another rz cb produced by that man and we’re finished https://t.co/Jm9BhscNhx
