On the upcoming KBS2 variety show Problem Child In House airing on the 16th, South Korea’s hottest obstetrician-gynecologists Kim Ji Yeon and Chu Seong Il will appear to debunk common misconceptions about sexual health.
Alongside them, Song Eun Yi, Kim Sook, Kim Jong Kook, Hong Jin Kyung, Yang Se Chan, and Joo Woo Jae also unleashed a flood of health-related curiosities. Among them, Kim Jong Kook confessed to physical changes, saying, “My personality has become calmer as I got older,” sparking sudden rumors about him being in menopause.
However, known as the entertainment industry’s top “sperm king,” Kim Jong Kook smiled confidently and said, “I’m not sure if I’m in menopause. My male hormones are really high,” drawing laughter.
Still, Joo Woo Jae, known as Kim Jong Kook’s sharp critic, didn’t miss the subtle changes. Joo Woo Jae claimed, “Jong Kook hyung’s face looks different. Compared to before, it feels like he’s using a filter app now,” insisting that the 49-year-old newlywed is experiencing “effeminization.” Kim Sook agreed, saying, “That’s right, his facial expression has softened.”
Yet Kim Jong Kook chose a different path, saying, “As male hormones increase, female hormones increase too,” declaring himself a “sex hormone rich” person—not menopausal nor effeminized.
